Patient Satisfaction

Patient satisfaction continues to increase in importance for all of the major stakeholders in the health care delivery system. As competition for health care dollars sharpens, information that further differentiates products, based on quality evaluation and sound data, adds value to the marketing message. The PHASE V Technologies Outcomes System includes a comprehensive patient satisfaction assessment component, composed of three distinct modules - general satisfaction assessment, therapy-specific satisfaction, delivery-system specific satisfaction, and comparative preference. Taken together, these evaluations allow us to examine each of the major contributing satisfaction factors separately and provide a focused set of recommendations regarding the patient responses.
